We strive to have our classes non-competitive, and to have our student/alumni body support each other on current endeavors and future dreams.  Students often collaborate together to craft original work, and teachers often collaborate to come up with cutting edge acting training curriculum that can shape a happier and inspiring artist.

In addition to our classes, we have two platforms that push forward the effort to define our community: our S.E.A. Talk Series, which encourages students to have an open and creative discussion using some of life’s biggest questions (What do you believe in outside of your self?, How do you contribute to the present-day industry? and What activates you?), and our Podcast, where ZBS faculty, students, and guests also discuss the three signposts of Spirituality, Entertainment, Activism.
