Job Description:

We are expanding our team and seeking individuals with a background in agency or talent management, coupled with a knack for relationship-driven sales in both B2B and B2C environments. The ideal candidates will thrive in building and nurturing relationships with students and representatives alike, while also driving direct sales initiatives. This role presents a unique opportunity for those seeking to leverage their industry knowledge and experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with students and industry representatives, acting as a liaison between talent and opportunities.
  • Drive direct sales efforts to expand our network and client base.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business development strategies with the studio’s overarching vision.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative sales and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the long-term growth and success of Zak Barnett Studios.

Compensation:

A competitive base salary commensurate with experience, supplemented by commissions. Additionally, strong incentives are in place to reward contributions towards our growth trajectory.

Job Description:

We are currently looking to expand our team with individuals who are passionate about fostering the next generation of talent in both our youth and adult divisions. Before becoming part of our dedicated team, prospective teachers should be prepared to undergo a comprehensive teacher training program for which they will be compensated at a training rate.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead acting classes with an emphasis on acting for film and television, aligning with the ZBS “Whole Self” approach.
  • Starting responsibilities include subbing and coaching, with the possible opportunity to ultimately teach up to 3 classes per week.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other faculty members on class curriculum and materials.
  • Provide students with constructive feedback, fostering their growth as artists and individuals.
  • Attend staff meetings.
  • Uphold a positive and inclusive classroom environment that adheres to professional standards while encouraging creativity and exploration.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching and coaching actors in a specified age group with a focus on acting for camera.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in the film and television industry.
  • A comprehensive understanding of Self Taping and the audition process.
  • Alignment with the studio’s “whole self” approach to actor training.
  • Excited to integrate the unique ZBS methodology into your teaching style. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Successful completion of a live scan background screening is a prerequisite.

Compensation:

Selected candidates will be offered a competitive wage determined by their experience & qualifications.
