Here at ZBS we like to think of ourselves as collaborators on your acting journey and aim to provide the highest level of training and career support possible! We know that every actor is different and on their own journey which is why we specialize in customizing your path so that you continue to grow and evolve your craft!

With that said, it is vital for us that we have as much information on your goals as possible so that we can design the best program for your needs. After watching the three videos below, please answer the questions in the form that follows. This entire process should take about 20 minutes.

Step One:

For an orientation to the ZBS Whole Self Approach and an Overview of all of our programs, click on the following video.

Step Two:

The two most important questions for each student to ask are what is the right program for you, and what is the right class for you. Click On the video here for a detailed understanding about ZBS’s most popular program: ZBS Membership, and ZBS Premium Membership.

Step Three:

Now for Classes! Class placement will be based on a conversation with your advisor and a review of a recent self-tape (don’t worry, if you don’t have one we still have a class for you!). Here is a class-by-class description of ZBS’s unique curriculum, taught nowhere else in the world! Hopefully, it will whet your appetite and get your wheels turning!

Zak Barnett taught me to love my craft.  Before I came to the studio I loved acting and I knew it was all I wanted to do, but I didn’t know why.  I found myself in a place where I was giving good auditions, but I wasn’t feeling fulfilled.  Going through his classes allowed me to find my own wants and meld them into one.  I learned to love the art of acting and find joy in making something special, something only I could create.
