WHAT IS ZBS CASH?
Zak Barnett Studios (d.b.a. ZBS Studios), presents ZBS Cash, a promotional Coupon Program designed for its clients and industry colleagues. Various amounts of “Promotional Coupon Cash” will, from time to time, be issued by Zak Barnett Studios at its sole discretion, and these coupons will be able to be redeemed during specific redemption periods (hereinafter “ZBS Cash Periods”) throughout the year. Zak Barnett Studios will announce ZBS Cash Periods via its authorized Email, ZBS Newsletter, or Social Media outlets. All ZBS Cash has a posted U.S. dollar amount, discrete serial number, and an expiration date.
“FLASH CASH” PERIODS
Zak Barnett Studios, at its sole discretion, may periodically promote a “Flash Cash” period in which ZBS Cash Coupon holders can double the value of their ZBS Cash Coupons. Zak Barnett Studios will announce these “Flash Cash” periods via social media. “Flash Cash” Periods may expire in as little as a few hours or a few days. All ZBS Cash Periods and “Flash Cash” periods will be determined using Pacific Time.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ZBS CASH COUPON(s)?
From time to time, at its sole discretion, Zak Barnett Studios will issue ZBS Cash Coupons to the ZBS Community and General Public. These coupons may be issued in different physical dominations at the Zak Barnett Studios Hollywood studio offices or via electronic conveyance. Coupons may be issued specifically to students or to representatives. Each type of coupon is transferable, but will be subject to limitations set out in these terms and conditions.
HOW DO I USE MY ZBS CASH COUPON(S)?
ZBS Cash Coupons can be redeemed during ZBS Cash Periods both in person at the Zak Barnett Studios Hollywood Studio and on the Zak Barnett Studios website. ZBS Cash Coupons are promotional offers for specific savings opportunities on Classes, Intensives, Private Coaching, Camps, Events or ZBS Swag. Zak Barnett Studios reserves the right to limit the services and merchandise that qualifies for ZBS Cash Coupons at any time.
ZBS CASH TERMS AND CONDITIONS
COUPON EXPIRATION DATE
With ZBS Cash Coupon amounts of $10, $25, $50, and $100, you have the flexibility to spend and save off your total purchase. However, you will forfeit any unused potential ZBS Cash Coupon value if you don’t redeem it before the coupon’s expiration date. All ZBS Cash Coupons have an expiration date clearly posted on the face of the coupon. ZBS Cash Coupons are fully transferable, subject to the terms and conditions and expiration of the coupon in question.
You also can call ZBS Studios at 1-323-746-5059 to redeem ZBS Cash Coupons. Expired or lost coupons will not be honored. Lost ZBS Cash can not be reissued.
OTHER LIMITATIONS
Zak Barnett Studios reserves the right to limit the number of coupons that can be redeemed to one ZBS Cash Coupon or Coupons up to $200 per customer. This limitation can be changed at Zak Barnett Studios’ sole discretion.
Customers are expected to redeem the full amount of any ZBS Cash Coupon(s) at the time of purchase.
Any remaining ZBS Cash Coupon balance may be honored at the sole discretion of ZBS Studios. ZBS reserves the right to cancel any remaining coupon balance. ZBS Cash Coupons have no equivalent cash value and must be used for qualifying ZBS purchases.
CAN ZBS CASH Coupons be combined with other promotional offers or discounts?
ZBS Cash Coupons may not be combined with other offers or discounts.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating in the ZBS Cash Coupon (“Program”), the coupon holder agrees to release and hold harmless Zak Barnett Studios, Inc. (d.b.a. ZBS Studios), and its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, which may occur in connection with the Program, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of ZBS Cash Coupons. ZBS Studios reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Program should cheating, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Program.
